The Cover Project
Arcade hardware is fun to play and collect but it was never designed with the home collector in mind. It looks terrible on a shelf.
Around 2003 I joined a group of around 30 other designers that were set out on a grassroots project to design artwork to house all the titles for the Neo-Geo and Atomiswave systems. Using old scans, new vector and a loose style guideline influenced by 90's gaming culture, over 700 unique designs were created.
